The awards are designed for credibility and measurable outcomes. Every nomination must meet evidence quality, transparency, and governance standards before metric-based scoring is applied.

Core Rules

  • Nominator must be authorized by the property owner or operator.
  • Submission data must be factual, current, and auditable.
  • Claims without evidence are excluded from scoring.
  • One hotel may apply to multiple categories with one profile.
  • Conflict-of-interest declarations are mandatory for reviewers.

Compliance Checks

  • Identity and authority verification.
  • Data completeness threshold verification.
  • Evidence traceability review against selected category.
  • Outlier, inconsistency, and greenwashing risk screening.
  • Documentation archived for audit trail and governance review.

Disqualification and Appeals

Disqualification triggers:
False or unverifiable claims, unauthorized submissions, repeated refusal to provide requested evidence, or attempts to manipulate the scoring process.

Appeals:
Hotels may request review clarification within 10 business days. Appeals are handled by the technical committee and documented in the governance log.
