How to Nominate Your Hotel
Entry Process
1. Register Your Property
Submit your hotel details and select the award categories that fit.
2. Confirm Your Nomination
Pay the USD 100 administrative fee and complete your hotel profile.
3. Complete Your Baseline Assessment
After a short eligibility review, we email you a secure link to the scored assessment. Save your progress and return any time to submit data and evidence.
4. Receive Benchmarking Insight
Weighted scoring against the category framework, plus a regenerative impact report and action plan.
Entry Fee
Participation as an official nominee requires only a USD 100 administrative fee, and includes:
- — Official participation in the Regenera Luxury Awards 2026.
- — Evaluation through a metric-based regenerative impact framework — no judges, no subjective voting, no greenwashing.
- — A regenerative impact report with dashboard, graphics, and KPIs.
- — A recommended action plan to strengthen your regenerative positioning.
- — Inclusion of your logo on the Regenera Luxury website and official directories.
- — A dedicated full-page profile on RL Stays, our official platform, directly linked to your website at no additional cost.
- — Mentions of your property across Regenera Luxury marketing actions, social media, articles, and communications during the awards period until September 2026.
